We look for businesses with both established systems and experienced management teams, producing revenue and profitability levels that signal stability and the potential for growth. Optimal candidates possess the following characteristics:

Exhibit a strong track record of profitability within an EBITDA range of $1–$3 million or similar profit potential
Utilize a professionalized level of systems and processes in place with management breadth and expertise beyond that of a typical sole proprietorship
Regularly generate up to $30 million of revenues
