We are industry-agnostic yet prioritize opportunities in advanced manufacturing, healthcare, consumer goods, energy, and industrials. Ideal candidates generate up to $30 million of revenue, possess strong profitability or potential, professionalized systems, and benefit from an experienced management team.

We seek investment opportunities in businesses with a solid foundation and clear growth potential. Whether privately held or corporate divestitures, our focus is on companies headquartered in the U.S., with or without international sales or operations.

Corporate divestitures – business units or product lines which no longer fit a corporate strategy or conflict with current investment mandate
Headquartered in the US, candidates may have international sales and operating footprint but is not required

Ideal investment candidates demonstrate strong financial performance and operational maturity. We look for businesses with both established systems and experienced management teams, producing revenue and profitability levels that signal stability and the potential for growth. Optimal candidates possess the following characteristics:

Regularly generate up to $30 million of revenues.
Utilize a professionalized level of systems and processes in place with management breadth and expertise beyond that of a typical sole proprietorship
Exhibit a strong track record of profitability within an EBITDA range of $1-$3 million or similar profit potential
